Busby AFC v Celtic BC (League)

The challenge for Busby A this weekend was to prove that last week's good result was not a one-off, and the team done exactly that.  Not long into the first half Daniel Burns found the first goal of the game to put the home team on the back foot. More chances fell Busby's way and the second goal came again from Daniel, this time running from the half way line and keeping his composure to round the keeper and slot it away. In the second half Celtic found their way back into the game with two goals in quick succession. Although the quality of football may have been lacking and some great saves from the Busby keeper were required to keep them in the match, Busby pushed on. Leading from the front Daniel found his hat-trick and gave the momentum back to Busby. Two more goals without reply helped guarantee a key win for Busby who now have their sights set on competing for the top spot this season.
